A Warm Presence Alongside You
I am so glad you found your way here. Over a decade ago I started this practice out of a deep desire to support people in living a more intentional, grounded, connected and authentic life.
For 25 years I have had the profound honour of walking alongside people through the intricate, intimate and deeply human stories of their lives. People navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, overwhelm, burnout, heartbreak, identity shifts, and the often subtle but persistent longing to feel more present, more aligned and more alive.
I bring grounded knowledge, deep emotional presence, heart, lived experience and practical tools to every session. Above all I bring a genuine curiosity about who you are underneath the roles, the expectations and the patterns that have disconnected you from yourself.
Being seen matters.
It is deeply important to me that you feel genuinely seen and understood. Not just in what you are struggling with, but in the depth and richness of who you are. That is what makes everything else possible.
My approach
Mind, body, and spirit
My approach honours the profound and inseparable connection between mind, body and spirit. Stress, trauma, anxiety, mood struggles and longstanding ways of being are not only carried in our thoughts. They live within our nervous system, our bodies and the deeper terrain that exists beneath our thinking mind.
Therapy is an opportunity to make room for yourself, enhance your awareness and reconnect with who you are in a more intentional and self-caring way. By welcoming all aspects of your experience into the process, we create space for real insight, inner resourcing and meaningful shifts that ripple into your everyday life.
Modalities
How I work
I draw from a wide range of trauma-informed frameworks and weave them together based on your unique needs, goals, preferences and lived experience. These may include cognitive and insight oriented approaches, somatic therapies, parts work, attachment-focused therapy, nervous system informed practices, trauma reprocessing techniques, mindfulness and energy-based modalities.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
You are not a problem to be solved.
With the right support, you can begin to meet your experiences with more self-compassion, curiosity and clarity, and come home to who you have always been.
Beyond the session
I've walked this path too.
I have walked this path myself. Looking inward is not something I teach from a distance, but rather a practice I return to again and again in my own life. My own experiences of struggle, challenge and growth have shaped who I am as a practitioner in ways that no training ever could. It is profoundly important to me that I live what I teach.
When I am not in session you will find me with my kiddos, my family and friends, my mini-zoo of animals, and trying my hand at learning guitar. I find meaning and purpose in the big things and the small ones, and I believe that laughter and the simple pleasures of everyday life carry their own kind of healing.
Accompanying others as they remember their wholeness is my deepest calling. I would love the opportunity to walk alongside you.
