In-Person & Online Counselling
A Quiet Space, Just For You
There is something grounding and empowering about choosing to show up for yourself.
Many people arrive here with an underlying sense of tension, a body that has been bracing, carrying too much and pushing through for too long.
Something in you, even if it is only a whisper, has been telling you it is time.
What Sessions May Hold
Sessions are as unique as you are. We sit with the parts of you that are asking for care and attention, and follow what feels most alive and ready. We might explore the ways of being and stories that have kept you stuck, work with your nervous system and body, acknowledge and process difficult emotions, cultivate inner curiosity and self-compassion, explore limiting beliefs, and reconnect with your authentic voice and inner knowing. We will discover and emphasize the inner resourcing and the innate resiliency you already have.
Sometimes the most powerful thing is simply having a welcoming space where you can be fully witnessed, heard and understood. The fullness of who you are is valued here, even the parts of you that feel messy, complicated or hard to explain.
This is an integrative, holistic approach that bridges psychological knowledge with embodiment, emotional depth and nervous system awareness. It is both professional and deeply personal, grounded in research and led by the heart. I strive to create a space that honours both the science and soul of what it means to be fully alive.
Whether you are navigating grief, burnout, relationship struggles, identity shifts, anxiety, self-doubt, or simply the exhausting weight of not feeling like yourself anymore, this is a space where you don't have to carry it alone.

Meeting In Person
My studio sits on my acreage, twelve minutes south of Okotoks and twenty minutes south of Calgary. It is a cozy, intentional space tucked away from the noise and demands of everyday life. Many clients who make the drive from Calgary and beyond find the journey out to be a grounding and welcome transition in itself.
This is rich, meaningful and highly individualized work, shaped entirely around you, your story and what you most need. There is no one-size-fits-all here. In our work together, you will have the space and support to tend to what matters most. We honour your capacity, follow your lead and gently expand into what feels possible. Just you, the space we co-create and whatever is ready to be explored.

Meeting Virtually
In our one-on-one virtual sessions, we have the freedom to go wherever your story needs to go, without you ever having to leave your home.
For many clients, there is an added ease and comfort in working from a familiar space. That comfort itself can become part of the experience, offering a steady anchor while we explore your story together.
Sessions are available by secure video or telephone, and can be arranged to fit around the rhythms of your real life, including some evenings and weekends. In addition to individual sessions, I also offer virtual group sessions, workshops and guided meditations. I have spent years creating a therapeutic container that feels safe, focused and connected, regardless of the medium.
During our work together, I invite you to settle in, share what's heavy, and begin to find your way back. The work is just as real, just as deep and just as transformative when held remotely.
What You May Begin to Notice
From that place of being truly met, you may begin to notice something shifting in the way you carry yourself through the world.
More ease in your body and more space between a feeling and your response to it.
More attunement with your nervous system, and enhanced capacity to meet life's challenges.
A deeper connection to your own inner wisdom and knowing.
A growing ability to turn toward your own needs with the same care you give to others.
Old stories begin to loosen their grip, making room for a life that feels more like your own.
